This booklet provides a visually engaging overview of what it is like to design with dilemmas. My main goal with this booklet is to support understanding the phenomenon of dilemmas from a psychological perspective and in creating ideas for new products or services to address these dilemmas in a meaningful way. In this way, you can bring a unique human-centered design perspective to your work.
